2010 - 2011 Prices

We have done everything we can to keep costs down for you. Remember that your share includes a guaranteed bed on your assigned weekends, priority for bringing guests on those weekends, and use of the house during the weekdays.

We have two different prices based on whether you choose to be in a room with four people or a room with two people. The two rooms with two people consist of a twin/full bunk bed that will work well for either a couple or two friends. The four rooms with four people consist of two twin bunk beds and one twin bed that may be used for guests of people in the room.

Please also note that these prices are subject to change and to guarantee these rates, we must have your payment in full by October 15, 2010. A $150 non-refundable deposit will hold your space.

The costs per person for the season are as follows:

A security deposit of $150 is also due at the time your payment is due. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the season provided that: you do not have any outstanding guest fees due; you have contributed to the upkeep of the house; you have caused no damage; and the house has had normal utility expenses for the season.

Guest Fees

Guests pay a staples fee of $35 per weekday night (Mon - Thu) and $45 per weekend (Fri - Sun, 2 night minimum). This is used to cover house supplies.

In an effort to be fair to all share members, guests are not allowed up more than two weekends. Guests are only allowed up with the share member, and may not substitute spots for a share member who cannot make it up.

Payment

You can pay us via cash, check or credit card through PayPal. PayPal carries an additional 3% processing fee which you will need to add on.
