all the house rules as outlined in our legal agreement and rules.

Not happy with all the weekends? Not a problem. People often swap their weekends with other members
and the house is open to members making up weekends whenever there's space.

You are guaranteed a bed on your scheduled weekend (Friday & Saturday). And, you have first priority for bringing
guests. NOTE: There are 2-3 guest spots available on most weekends.
Holidays and Special Events
Holiday weekends and special events are only available when there is extra space or you have swapped in to
those weekends. Guest space is also extremely limited on these weekends.

Mid-Week Stays
The house is open and available for all share members to use during the week.
Making Up Weekends
Weekends may be swapped between shares, but cannot be substituted by guests. If you cannot
make a weekend, we have a mailing list set up that you can use to trade your
weekends. Also, if the house is not full on any weekend, you are welcome to make up any weekends you may have missed.
