New Work on "The Stash"

New photos have just been posted to Killington’s Facebook page which detail some of the new work being completed on The Stash, Killington’s ultimate free-riding experience.  The Stash  is one of only five Burton Stash parks in the world and the only one on the East Coast. Killington Road Night Shuttle Fundraiser

On Sunday, the Rutland Herald reported that the free Killington Road Night Shuttle was $20,000 short on donations needed to operate this season after Killington Resort was unable to donate $50,000 of its funds due to the economic conditions. However, in today’s paper, they note that Killington Resort has agreed to add funds to the cause but opted out of contributing $50,000 after noticing that donations from other area businesses were down. The Killington Insider Blog

In July 2008, Killington Resort launched the Killington Insider blog and it was great!  The blog provided an inside look at Killington’s operations, plans, news and more.  They posted photos and videos of work being done on the mountain, insider updates and often broke a lot of Killington news. Killington Bridal Show – Today!

We almost missed this one, but figured we’d post it in case anyone is interested: The 9th Annual Killington Bridal Show is today, Sunday, September 27, 2009, at The Mountain Meadows Lodge. Put on by the Vermont Wedding Association, this yearly event features the area’s top wedding professionals.  It’s a great chance to meet one-on-one with caterers, bakers, DJs, florists, photographers, jewelers and more.
